Faucet with Functionality

Hand cleaning dishes is not a favorite job of mine, but one that must be done. Unfortunately, using one hand to hold a large pot while using the spray nozzle with the other is a feat in and of itself. I have stumbled upon a new design by Kohler. The Kohler Karbon Articulating Kitchen Faucet, is an answer to all homeowners dreams, when it comes to cooking or cleaning in your kitchen sink. With a futuristic design, that can be placed in several different positions the faucet allows for the user to use both hands to fill large pots, clean the dishes, or even to prepare food. It can also be moved out of the way if you need more space to work. With a textured surface and polished chrome, the faucet is a practical addition to any kitchen.

This appliance designed by Antoine Lebrun is a multifunctional kitchen for Fagor Brandt, meeting of electromechanical and vegetable technology.

Thanks to plants used in aerospace industry , this appliance will allow us to improve our quality of life by filtering water and air. In closed position, the workspace and the sink (including dishes inside) are washed up with vegetal soap also provided by plants. The kitchen becomes then a green space in your flat.

Teori

Saw these gorgeous vases by Teori over at Designklub. Teori is a Japanese design collective with a focus on bamboo household objects. The craftsmanship in each piece from their Laminated Bamboo Lumber Project is beautiful, but what I love most are the surprising details, like the split in the wood that becomes the opening for the vase, or the slight peak in the bamboo tray that functions as a chopstick rest.
