Last month the internet went crazy over a new service called ‘engrave your book’ and ‘engrave your tech’. joe mansfield offers a fantastic service that allows you to add a custom engraving to your tech product (laptop, ipod, cell phone) or notebook. the possibilities are really endless, but a few people worried about the process voiding product warranties. so i was thrilled to hear from jen at swallowfield about a site called ‘unique skins‘ that allows you to upload your own artwork and receive a personalized sticker ’skin’ that you can place on your tech products for a much lower price point. since such a huge percentage of you reading are artists this could be a fun way to showcase your work- or just upload something custom for your phone/laptop/ipod. click here for more information and to place your order.
