If we’ve seen one rocking chair concept, we’ve seen them all - they all literally rock. So what’s different about the CNC Rocking Chair? First off, its design almost begs to be rocked. Those two ellipticals look like they’d be a ton of fun.
It all comes together in a searies of joists and notches so fundamentally, it’s adjustable. And for you greenies out there, it’s made of renewable materials.
Back in July 2007 we published a concept furniture called “Loopita” which we knew was going to be an instant hit. We been informed now that it is finally going into production! Congrats to Victor Aleman for making it happen.
When I was a kid, my school playground had sections of large concrete tunnels painted with bright colors scattered about. It was a fun hiding inside or climbing on top to get a good aerial view. The Loopita brings back memories of those large concrete tunnels.
Made from a single piece of red oak, the Loopita is covered in high density foam for comfortable seating. The two opposing end points makes for a great floor level chaise. Add several Loopitas together to form interesting modular seating arrangements. Dynamic and striking.
Grass Bed designed by Felipe Zanardi.
The Grass Bed is just a bed concept right now, but I’ve decided to present this bed because the idea is quite crazy and might give you an inspiration. No matter what the weather is like outside, if it’s winter or raining madly, you can relax peacefully on your very own bed made out of grass.
